Rustic Raised Ranch Transformation

Project Description

We took this raised ranch and turned it into a gorgeous rustic modern home. The foundation was poured, and construction was started. The entire addition shell was constructed, roofed and sided before opening up any walls into the existing home. It was important to keep the construction area separate for as long as possible. Throughout this entire project, the homeowners stayed in the home.

After the addition was constructed, we were able to open up the wall from the kitchen into the new living room (addition). We then built a large addition to their existing deck, with a custom 12’ Andersen Frenchwood gliding door.
