Leo was very knowledgeable and friendly and took his time to explain the process throughout the installation, and promptly answered any questions we had. He even befriended our dog, who was somewhat anxious with all of the activity, but took an immediate liking to Leo. Crew members Jose and Jeffrey were highly skilled, and they worked efficiently and with great attention to detail. When the job was completed, the work area was cleared up quickly and left spotless. We previously used Woodland Construction to replace all of the windows in our house. They did an outstanding job and we were very pleased with the results. A few months ago we decided to hire them for a complete renovation of our outdated basement. They basically gutted it and did a step by step upgrade. Leo worked with us to decide the layout and details of the room. He and his crew did incredible job. Leo, Jose and Jeffrey were very meticulous about the smallest details of everything that they did, from the installation of a new floor, to creating a new bathroom to making a live edge bar top for our new bar. They redid our roof, tore down an old screened in porch, and replaced all of our windows and exterior doors. We will also be having him and his team remodel our bathroom and kitchen. All of his work has been really high quality. He's really responsive and shows up when he says he is going to show up. He also provides really good recommendations without trying to "upsell" anything. Can't recommend him enough. Leo and his crew are true professionals. I needed to replace all windows and interior doors in my 1950s home and having asbestos siding made the task feel overwhelming. But Leo is experienced in working with asbestos and was able to work around the existing siding. As someone who travels for work, I was unable to be present during the construction, however, Leo made the process easy. Having dealt with contractors before, I was nervous to enter a renovation on an older home but this experience was vastly superior. A big thanks to his crew who treated my home with respect.
